Hello and welcome to my very first blog post! I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to be writing to you from this new chapter of my life. After retiring in 2024, I decided to dive headfirst into a lifelong dream of mine: writing a book. The result? The Mysterious Underwater Expedition: A World Beneath the Waves, an adventure story that has been such a joy to bring to life. It has been out in the world since October 1st, and every step of this journey has been nothing short of incredible.

Now, as I continue this adventure as an author/blogger, I’ve realized there’s so much more I’d love to share—not just about my book but also about life, creativity, and the thoughts that bubble up when you least expect them. That’s why I’ve decided to start this blog. Here, I’ll be sharing a little bit of everything: reflections on the writing process, sneak peeks into what’s next, and even the day-to-day things that happen that make life, well, my life!
